BOUGHT SUBS ON A BANNED CHAR HELP!!

My character was banned back in 2015. I just came back to the server and bought 6600 tokens. I bought one gold and one platinum subscription but I bought it under the name of the old banned character instead of the new character I just started.

Is it possible to transfer those subs, get a refund, or maybe just have a mod spawn new subs? something? I don't want to have to go through the bank...

Please help asap!

So I typed this and then asked a mod in game. He was there instantly. He then messaged an admin and got this problem fixed for me in less than 5 minutes.
