Teleport Tablets

Just a heads up that teleport tablets will be released soon. You need the requirement and runes to enchant a tablet, but anyone can use it! Hence this will be useful to new players who lack magic levels to get around quickly. They're also nice because they're stackable and only take up one slot. You will only get XP for creating them, not for using them. Teleport tablets are one-use each.
