Yes, you can be hired to do certain things, collect certain items etc. for in game money. But if it includes irl payments then it will be illegal.

So what you look for is SOMEONE to level up YOUR characters mining from 62 to 85?
It's not that many levels so I would say it's pretty cheap. I would do it for you but I hate mining so sorry about that
