How about slot for eye patches etc. Would perhaps even open a new kind of "rare" item, sunglasses and much more. . . ?
Nothing more than cosmetic idea in mind.

I've wanted eyepatch with phat for a long time now, hood with helmet, etc. I don't see any real reason not to?

Let's see what other people think. I don't think it should be allowed to work in wild maybe.

Exactly, would give us all a little more of a choise in outlook.
To be honest it would not matter if it works in wild or not, perhaps your team wants to have certain look or something similar? who knows.
If it won't provide any kind of stat, it shouldn't really matter if it's enabled in the wilderness or not.
