Party system on this server hands down is a great idea just poorly implemented and right now is only abused to feed low levels massive amount of xp and to mass level accounts and eventually Mass park accounts.

Party system-should be easy way to Communicate during pking/staking/skilling-Menu option to only speak in Party chat-Not in general. /pchat everytime is annoying
Party system-members should be Different Color on mini map-Add Friends to party and Will show up as Purple
Party system should have an leader-Which can set a target on an Player so everyone can Focus.--The skull should be Flashing.-Maybe able to set secondary Target.
Party system-When I pk I can careless if I get the kill. Should make it so when in a party and you kill a player everyone is able to see the kill.-Maybe a Green Tombstone-Show someone GOT Pk'd
Party system-Should be able to keep count of Kills/Deaths Per party.-You add a 2-points for a UNIQUE kill and minus for a death recurring kills on same person only receive 1 Point-(40 and lower combat Do not add to Score.)--Totals at end of week-see which Party won!
Party system-Unable to nonstop switch parties.-You join a party you're stuck their for a a few days or week.
Everyone should want to be in a party even if not in the hot-spot. Right now it's only useful inside hot-spot. Lets change that.

Hot-spot on this server is a great concept, but just poorly executed and here is why:: Basically now in order to use hot-spot for bonus exp you need to be in a party of 3 and when you're in a party of 3 you become red skull and the problem with that is their is no fighting over the hot-spot since non-skullers are able to train as-well as red skulls in harmony because there is massive amount of NPC's in the location which causes no need to fight over NPC's and Non-skull trainers refuse to skull and just want to afk train. Another thing is usually the Party of 3 red skulls are surrounded by 5-8 teammates non-skulled waiting for a team to Raid on the Party of red-skulls

Hot-fixes 4 Hot-spot

Hot-fix-Enter Hot-spot and You will be Red-skull for whole period inside of hot-spot and 10 mins after leaving followed by 10 min regular skull.
Hot-fix-Widen the radius of Hot-spot
Hot-fix-Bring back Revenant-All Npc's Killed by him will distribute the Exp to players inside Hot-spot.
Hot-fix-4 players only inside of hot-spot to recieve bonus.-Revenant will Say="My Gifts is only for The chosen "4" One must go in order to receive Exp"
Hot-fix-Remove Having to be inside party to receive EXP. #Solo Pkers---Pointless to make a party of "1". You enter hot-spot you get Bonus exp
Hot-fix-levels--49 and lower are unable to stop the bonus exp.--Possibly make a Certain New area for lower level hot-spot
Hot-fix-Make all the hot-spots on one side of the map Instead of splitting up the player base.-Add New areas while removing some.--Add-Hobs, Red Spiders,Range Guild, Ghost town Next to 12 Altar, Add more rats and Make Varrock wild a Hot-spot.--Remove-Under edge,Red Dragons, Ice moutain.

Those are some suggestions hope for feedback and Tweaks to help change hot-spot/Party system.

New ideas::
Designated Pk day=Saturday
All users in the wilderness are automatically skulled, but with a reward of more xp.(edge dungeon does not get a bonus)-Excluded from rest of wild.. Xp is unmatched on any other day and is well worth the risk.(I can imagine plenty of teams logging in trying to ruin the xp for opposite teams)

So, everyone knows what the lottery is and how you enter a lottery is by buying into the lottery and not by being FORCED.
Ok, so the idea..
What if the Revenant chooses(Randomly) a user for sacrifice and that the user who Kills him would be rewarded, but if the chosen user lives than they would be rewarded.

Idea-You're taken by REVENANT and Teleported Into above 20 wild with a magically force making you unable to run or teleport below the area or escape by any means unable to log aswell.(The person being forced is inside wilderness already and chosen randomly if skulled or non-skulled regardless.)(Being skulled increases your chances of being chosen)
The coordinates of the chosen is given out every 15 seconds.(bring back the--x coords and y coords) Being globally chatted in ::2.
Kill the chosen and you become the next chosen. (The person killing the original bounty is now unable to log out, but able to run to bank (Edgeville)(Maybe the person is red skulled)
Imagine a MOB of level 3's-120's ganging up on the red skull person. who is trying to make it out of wilderness.(Help your friend or join the mob of pkers)
The red skull keeps exchanging users upon death aswell as lasting upon death.

Those are my ideas and hopefully people can add to them and maybe give a better example of updates with reasoning.
The wilderness is for pkers and should be for the sole purpose of pvp and not just getting better xp.

First off Wilderness is only 10 percent of rscrevolution. Created so people who started wouldn't be killed in cities and in banks and people who wanted to pk and attack other players would have a place for that.
-You enter hotspot you now have a 40 min red skull.
-if more than 4 people in hotspot you will not get bonus(makes people kill everyone)
-using teleport makes u skull(if their sole purpose is to train than they walk...)
-saturday changed to "PK DAY" Just entering wilderness makes you skulll.
^Wilderness is 10 percent of rsc. Skillers have 90 percent of world to skill..(saturday Bonus xp in wild)
-if your items in inventory dont=more than 75k worth. protect items is turned off.(for user)
^r2h sells for 32k in store i think.. entire inventory has to be over 75k.
-using "skipper" teleports u to edgeville, but logs u out.(Everyone hates nonskullers nonstop fighting wasting items)(Make them reset so they skull if they attack)
-Server randomly sets a bounty on a player. (maybe 100k)The player has to stay in above 20 wild for more than 20 mins and if that player stays alive than that player wins the bounty.(the player is unable to log for the 20 mins)(the bounty is now transfered to the person who killed the player and now has to stay above 20 wild.)
^gets players to go deep in wild.

Brainstorm for what purpose? We have done a lot for the wilderness and it doesn't seem to have an impact.

- A lot of PKing YouTube videos uploaded
- Teleport guy that teleports you to main places in the wilderness

Like n0m said, the community needs to figure it out now, not the staff. The way I see a lot of people PK on here is never going to encourage more people to PK.

the thing is these kids die once and port back for the next 20 mins to nonskull.(sorry im logging out)

-hotspot is best friend because they have 3 high levels training inside hotspot with 20 teammates besides them which no point in skulling to get gangbanged....(solution-if u go to hotspot u automatically have red skull-20mins)(the more people inside hotspot-the lower xp u receive)(----makes people kill everyone inside hotspot)(3people=u receive full xp boost, 4 people+=the xp is regular)
-teleport guy- needs to make people skull...(they walk to training spot to afk train.....)(this was added to help pker.....)
-remove the gate in 52 wild... U pk p2p u stuck their when they have 20 accts..
-Make 1 day out the week ---ENTER THE WILDERNESS U SKULL. Right now people just nonskull train.. 1 day should change it so------
NO ONE IS ABLE TO TRAIN NONSKULLED(sorry train out of wilderness TODAY IS FOR PKERS)
-IF YOU'RE 1 DEF-----25 prayer works(25 PERCENT OF THE TIME)
-RANGED NEEDS TO BE SLOWED DOWN..when running from combat u shouldnt be able to be ranged right away...HEALTH BAR NEEDS TO BE GONE.-same with casting....

I agree with K!zL that players should be given one chance. But yeah it is your server so do as you please, I hate botters and will never be using any bots myself so its not much of a concern myself.

yes bot 100 mil worth of supplies/gain hella stats advantage/while doing all this effortlessly while friend yoyo plays 20 hours a day doing it legit. yes yoyo is a friend and play nonstop,but with ur logic ppl should be able to come home to supplies stats and everything and not even train 1 mins of it, and oyea if u get caught dont worry u keep all ur 99's you'll get unbanned dont worry.
