We should be able to activate dbl exp when talking to npc instead of having it worldwide, like we used to. Fair to other players who live in the different timezones.

2x GP for thieving is a bit much to ask(unless admins want to bring more GPs in game but that may ruin economy even more?)
On Agility i would not agree on any of those. People who work hard and get agility cape that gives 20% fatique rate and you offer a team perk that gives 50% for anyone who joins a team with 80 plus agility? Also 50% success rate means 2x easier agility.Agility isnt that hard to train, just time consuming( Trust me,i have 30mil agility experience).

From what i understood,its not just about being maxed out.Its also about how you act as a player and how much you give to the community.
Being rude all the time and getting yourself banned all the time wont do any good for you.
Besides,we have like 25 maxed players here and all the statues wouldnt fit in there.

Not at all. We use to have db exp weekends more often than we do now. Besides,rollback was only few hrs.

Most of those players wouldnt play for too long-not really motivating when everyone else play on higher exp rate and you have to work on your character harder.
But i agree with 305 that you should try to train further.Try to get all 99 etc. Once you work on it,you'll know how much time it takes. As Billy said in the voice chat before that first 40 levels is really easy but then it gets harder.
I see what you mean Billy, but we are a private server afterall and the beauty of it is a custom content,including higher exp rates!(especially that)

Why are we changing things that are already fine? Whatever happened to "If its not broke, don't fix it". This is a prime example of over complication. There was no need to change the requirements for the Dragon Square Shield. This is unfair to players who already put in the time, effort and gold to get this item. I love this server and love the people that come with it. It sucks to return to the server after a month break just to realize that I've pretty much had privileges revoked for no reason. I'm tired of putting in hours and hours of time just to have everything I've been working towards changed a week down the road to cater to a select few. Pick standards and stick to them. Constant change of requirements is unfair to players who have already committed to your server.
Well, because it was broken. Everyone knew that Legends quest is coming and therefore there will be the changes regarding the dsquare shield/legends guild/legends cape. Most of you should know that the way of rscrevolution classic wasnt always easy and you had to work for the things you wanted. Besides, Rscr have created you an easier way, to purchase the rights.
