PvP Cast Timers: 1.2 f2p, 1.6 p2p?

I've heard people in favor and against this. What do we think about the following cast timers:

1.2s delay for casting in f2p
1.6 delay for casting in p2p

OR

1,6s delay gmage
1.2s delay all other spells

OR

Leave it as is, 1.2s all casts.

More room for skills and actions per minute results in the conclusion of fights being based on skills and teamwork rather than pure luck and RNG. If the casting timer was 3 sec, everyone would have perfect casting. That being said, my experience is that you do around double the dmg/time on flat with God mage casting compared to normal dsword+fire wave. Another solution would be to lower max hit with God magic to 20 instead of 25, which would also make it harder to select when to go GM or meele.
