After the update I keep getting the same issue.

Launcher Error!
Error while fetching client: java.lang.ClassNotFou ndException: com.rscr.client.pc.RSCFrame.

Completely delete the old Launcher.jar and download the new one from here. You were using a bat trick to launch it right? So make sure if the new launcher got downloaded as a copy ("Launcher (1).jar") make sure to rename it to Launcher.jar or whatever you referred to in the script.
