Need help leaving my team

So i've asked several players in game about how to go about leaving my team. I go into the "team manager" window, click on my name and there is no "leave" button available. The only option i have is to "cancel" which returns me to the main screen. Please help lol.

I just logged in and i now have the option to leave the team! Not sure who was able to fix this for me but i greatly appreciate it.
