Pirates treasure, dig flowerz not working??!!

Cant seem to complete the quest i cang dig up the treasure in fally park. Spade wont work when i use it on the flower patches. Help would be great thanks!

What quest guide are you using? It is possible you skipped a step of talking to NPCs. Also if you aren't already be sure to "use" spade on the flowers, as "dig" doesn't do anything.

Is this Guy X? If so I helped him finish this quest today smile he'd missed the chest step at varrock haha. I've made the same mistake a few times myself on the way to 100QP (and I've played RSC since 2001 lol).

It'd be nice if the server told you when you hadn't completed a step yet, even if it was just a vague message without a clue. Something that makes it clear that it's not a server-side bug. Cuz it can be confusing, especially if you're new (or really stoned)
