This was a two-tiered battle, with a bracket for 3s and a bracket for flats. As far as I am aware, this is the first event of this type.

The flats war was 3 vs 3 vs 3, green vs blue vs red. When only one team remains, instant deathmatch. The last man standing would win a Green H'ween Mask.
The 3s war was FFA. The last man standing would win a Rainbow Phat.

Whoops, should be 2x speed during the flats segment, then go to 3x for the remainder. Will fix soon.
