PvP Casting timer reduced.

You can now sell noted items for buy offers in Auction House.

Dwarf Cannon Engineer shop working correctly.

Hadley dialog implemented, part of Waterfall quest.

Uninstall old copy and redownload a new copy. Not sure whats causing this error.
