You were caught botting on both characters, which is why they were banned. No type of automated play is allowed and you were blatantly using programs to play the game for you. The reason we do not allow this is because it takes away from the achievements of people who do it themselves. You are welcome to play on any new or additional character, staff will even help you get restarted, so far as you do everything legitimately this time. Then you can take pride in your achievements as a good-standing member of the community, but the botted characters won't be unbanned for that same reason.

Also a third-strike in botting results in blacklist so definitely delete any software that might tempt you to bot.
