Lvl33 pking tips

Hey y'all.  Decided I wanted get into this lvl 33 pk/staking deal. Now I understand the actual controls and fighting tatics. But could use some ideas on what might make a successful build. Ya know,  what's popular.  Whats a good match against what. Any thoughts and tips are appreciated.

I use a 40 1 52  61range gotta wine all the attack.. for f2p and 5 1 70 50 for p2p

R2H is the way to go for consistent tanking but if you're opponents are good you could be losin them 2h's pretty quick lol, I use 30 1 57 with max range and lobs, just traded 10 r2hs that I pk'd from border for 30 a2hs lol, good cheap fun way to PK. R2H is way better but in terms of overall cost A2H is pretty dam good

Darn. Already got that atk up to 40. Thanks for the advice though, will probably back burner the tank til I get a bank built up. Just might give that one a try. Sounds a lot less risky for my broke situation.

Lvl an addy pker for 33s takes like 2 hrs for combat n 1 or 2 days for range unless ur a rich cunt then go 40 att for r2h

fuck prayer on border lol, 1 def 40 prayer would get 2 hit by melee/mage, maybe there might be a couple of 13 prayer builds that could work but at lvl 33 with the capability to get 61 / 82 range i'd recommend as much HP as possible lol, like coney said most ppl on the border are ite and to keep PK going they'll give bits back.

try ur r2h build, if you find your losing to much try an addy build , they dont take long to train. good luck and hopefully see u there

40 prayer overall ruin it.

I think i've settled on the r2h pure and an alt tryin the mage build KizL suggested.  Hats off gents, you all were a big help. Will be in edge this evening hopefully.

r2hs pures are good but a lot of ppl team on this server. so im not gonna release my god tier stats for 33 but get 40 prayer so u cant be teamed by these noobs.

10 hp rangers with 82 ranged can be hilarious also. mages are pretty much the best characters at lvl 33.. the only thing that can kill a mage is another mage or 2. r2h pures almost always have a chance to 3 hit someone if they get lucky hits. defence isnt as good on this server so even sometimes mages can die especially if they have another mage casting at them while a pure is on them even if they got pray ranged.

i have an r2h pure with 61 ranged so i just bring bow and arrows on him and he cleans up pretty well even if you're getting teamed. my other character with the godlike stats has not died ever. thanks to everyone and especially the teamers for all your r2h donations smile

The other piece of good news is it doesn't take terribly long to make a 33 with proper wining, so you can always make more if you don't love your first build.

Damn, how long would it take to get get 80 mage? And 40 defence with 1 attack and strength? That would be a slow build!
